Delivery

PackagingYour Waved Beverages will arrive at your specified address in either insulated cooler wraps or bags with chilling ice gel packs to keep your beverages chilled. 

 

Delivery timing

The default time of delivery will fall between 6-9pm.

Please ensure that there is someone available to receive the beverages and refrigerate them immediately.

Please contact us at +65-8388-5155 or hello@wavedbeverages.com if you'd like a different delivery timing. No promises, but we will certainly try our best to meet your needs.

 

Failed delivery attempt

If the delivery attempt fails, our assigned courier partner would wait at the doorstep for a maximum of 10 minutes while trying to contact you. If our courier partner fails to reach you and the 10-min waiting time had elapsed, your beverages would be left at a safe location (i.e. doorstep, riser or neighbours' care) which would be communicated to you thereafter. The fulfilment of the order would then be considered as complete and final.

We will not be liable for stolen or misplaced beverages and beverages that have gone bad as a result of being left unrefrigerated for extended periods of time. Delivery cannot be rescheduled and beverages cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Late delivery attempt

We shall not be held responsible in the event where our courier partners fail to deliver your beverages within the stipulated range of delivery time. There are many reasons why a delivery attempt could be late such as inclement weather, heavy traffic, vehicle breakdowns etc, we will certainly do our part to keep track of all of our deliveries closely and ensure their safe arrival at your specified addresses.
